The Cardigans est un groupe de musique suédois. Le style musical du groupe a beaucoup changé d'album en album, passant du rock indépendant à une musique inspirée des années 1960. Chaque album du groupe a réussi à attirer l'attention de différentes audiences. Le groupe se fait connaître avec le hit mondial Lovefool, tiré de l'album First Band on the Moon (1996). Nina Persson, la chanteuse des Cardigans, s'affirme de plus en plus comme une vraie song-writer, et sa très belle voix, dont Peter Svensson, le guitariste, sait parfaitement se servir, complète à merveille ses compositions en leur apportant une plus grande profondeur encore.

Adam Green est un chanteur-compositeur américain qui a débuté sa carrière dans le groupe The Moldy Peaches avec Kimya Dawson. Adam poursuit actuellement une carrière solo commencée en 2002. Souvent comparé à Ben Folds, Leonard Cohen, Ben Kweller, et Jonathan Richman, le style de folk alternatif indépendant de Green a atteint un grand succès aux États-Unis et sa popularité grandit dans différents pays européens, en particulier en Allemagne.
