The Subways est un groupe de rock britannique formé au début des années 2000 à Welwyn Garden City, dans la banlieue de Londres, en Angleterre. Le 2 novembre 2006, le groupe remporte le MTV U Woodie Award du meilleur groupe international.Charlotte et Billy se sont séparés durant l'enregistrement du second album in Los Angeles "All or nothing", prévu pour juin 2008 et produit par Butch Vig [Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage] . Ce trio fait partie de cette vague de groupes Anglais qui se targuent de jouer un punk-rock aux mélodies accrocheuses.
