Dan Sartain est un musicien de rock and roll américain originaire de Birmingham, Alabama. Sa musique inclut une variété de genres, du rockabilly au blues.

The Hives est un groupe de garage punk suédois créé en 1993, reconnu pour ses prestations scéniques et ses hymnes garages teintés de rock 50's. Le chanteur, Pelle Almqvist est comparé par certains à Mick Jagger. On pourra remarquer une certaine ressemblance physique, cultivée par Almqvist qui reprend des attitudes de Jagger. The Hives sont également remarqués pour leur fameux costards noir et blanc, partie de leur image de groupe sorti des années 1950 (noter de même les surnoms de certains membres du groupe), et leur humour si particulier.
